We offer reliable shipping on all wallpaper and fabric orders. Our wallpaper and fabrics are made to order. Production time is 2-3 weeks, with tracking provided as soon as your order ships. We carefully package every roll and fabric cut to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Domestic and international shipping options are available at checkout.

REFUND POLICY
Non-Returnable Items
All wallpapers are made-to-order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that your wallpaper arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographs of the damage or defect and will work with you to either replace the product or offer a refund. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Color and Pattern Variation
Please note that slight variations in color or pattern may occur due to the printing process and differences in display settings. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
